What's happening around Carson City on Sunday, Dec. 9
The Christmas spirit is very present around Carson City these days with just over two weeks remaining before the big day.
Santa Claus is in town at the Carson Mall and aboard the Santa Train at the Nevada Railroad Museum, so be sure to give him your wish list before he makes his way back to the North Pole to fulfill wishes by Christmas Eve.
Take in the true meaning of Christmas Sunday evening at the First United Methodist Church in downtown Carson City with its annual life-sized, drive-through Living Nativity production, "Road to Bethlehem."
Sunday is also the final performance of the Wild Horse Children's Theater production of "Mary Poppins, Jr." If you haven't seen these youths in action on stage, then you are in for a treat.
