Capital City Community Band
The Capital City Community will, once again, welcome the holidays with a free concert in the Boldrick Theater in the Carson City Community Center on Sunday, December 5 at 3 P.M.
The band, under the direction of Nick Jacques, will present a variety of Christmas music from the lighter side of the holidays with “Poor Express” and “Sleigh Ride” to the more traditional carols, including, “Midnight In Bethlehem”.

People driving down Curry Street behind Capital Ford today stopped to gawk at the delivery of a rare Ford GT supercar. According to General Manager Tim Milligan, the half-million dollar car is one of only about 500 of this model in the U.S. This particular car is destined for a private party buyer in the area.

The Freaks of Nature is hosting a car show will be held at Yogurt Beach at 3228 N. Carson St. Carson City NV 89706 on the side parking lot by Valley Realty. On September 12th from 10am to 3pm. There will be a 50 / 50 raffle. The registration is $20 dollars and this is a free event for spectators.
Trophies include top 15, and special picks. There will be a BBQ for FREE provided by Yogurt Beach , bounce house and some amazing activities for the kids. Most definitely will wanna bring the kids. Registration starting at 10 am and ending at 1pm with trophies at 3pm.
