The Carson City Sheriff's Office is investigating a situation in the North Sutro Terrace area that began Sunday evening where a juvenile suffered non-life threatening burns to his body, according to Carson City Sheriff Ken Furlong.

A fatal crash involving a motorcycle and a semi truck happened Wednesday night in the area North Carson Street and Nye Lane, Carson City Sheriff Ken Furlong confirmed. The motorcycle rider died in the crash.
