Faith would rather create some change and help make a positive difference for the world around her.
Currently finishing up her senior year at Pioneer Academy, Faith is planning to attend Western Nevada College next year and would like to earn a degree in ecology and wildlife conservation.

In addition to debuting a custom donate-life decals on a sheriff’s office vehicle for the second year in a row, the sheriff’s office was recently presented with an award from the Nevada Donor Network—a statewide not-for-profit organization that facilitates organ, tissue, and cornea donations statewide.

Nettles are an important traditional food across many indigenous American cultures, and are highly nutritious, high in calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, and Vitamin A.

Children and adults can learn why reptiles are cold-blooded, examine snake and lizard skins in the lab, discover our state reptile, the desert tortoise, and sculpt and paint a lizard or snake to take home.
