A 30-year-old Carson City man was arrested Tuesday in the 470 block of Clear Creek for felony suspicion of being a sex offender failing to register and warrants for failing to register in Lyon County, embezzlement and being a fugitive from justice, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said.

The following arrests were made by Carson City Sheriff’s Office deputies from Saturday, Oct. 15 to Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016:

A 51-year-old Carson City man was arrested Thursday for felony suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after fighting with the person who hired him to work on his house, swinging a board at him and breaking windows, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said.
