Ready for more snow? Let’s just hope that the clouds clear by tonight because the Geminids Meteor Shower is at its peak tonight and tomorrow. Don your ugliest sweater for the Carson Victory Rollers’ Red and Green Scrimmage, and bring a toy for their Toys for Tots drive. If you haven’t caught Wild Horse Children’s Theaters production of Babes in Toyland yet, grab the kids and get down to the Brewery Arts Center for their final performance.

• Carson City Santa Train at the Nevada State Railroad Museum (Trains leave every half hour 10am-3pm; $5, children 2 and under who sit in an adult's lap are free; Refreshments, including hot cocoa, available for purchase from the Warren Engine Company)
• Arlington Square Ice Rink (Sessions 10am-1pm, 2pm-5pm, 6pm-9pm; $7/$5 kids, $3 Skate Rental)

TOCCATA performs Messiah at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church on Sunridge. Stay warm in your car and take a trip past the Living Nativity scene at the First United Methodist Church.
