A 29-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday for suspicion of possession of stolen property, a stolen vehicle and unlawful discharge of a firearm, a sheriff's booking report states.

The Carson City Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the public’s assistance with locating the stolen property previously reported on October 20, 2020.

With the assistance of the Tri-NET Narcotic Task Force, Special Enforcement Team and the Detective Bureau an investigation was conducted which has led to the recovery of the stolen solar panels and some of the equipment.

A 28-year-old Carson City woman was arrested in the 2800 block of U.S. Highway 50 E. for suspicion of domestic battery after pushing her boyfriend after he allegedly crashed her car, something she said he did on purpose because she was going to break up with him, according to a sheriff's office booking report. The boyfriend was also arrested by the Nevada Highway Patrol for suspicion of DUI.

A 34-year-old Carson City man was arrested Saturday at a Harbin Avenue residence for a gross misdemeanor warrant alleging abandonment of an elderly person, a sheriff's office report states.

On January 2nd, Detectives from the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit, along with the Tri-County Gang Unit and the ATF, served a search warrant on a residence in Silver Springs. UPDATE: The Douglas Sheriff’s Office received numerous calls stating the female in the booking photograph was actually Riki Eltingham. Eltingham had a felony warrant for her arrest out of Calaveras County. Eltingham is claiming she is now going by her maiden name Riki Scibella, a 41 year old resident of Calaveras County. Either name added a no bail felony hold for Scibelle-Eltingham in addition to the previous charges.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office arrested a California couple Sunday for alleged possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of stolen property, along with additional property and drug related crimes. A third person was also arrest for suspicion of drugs and paraphernalia.

Two were arrested Sunday for felony and misdemeanor charges after a traffic stop led to the discovery that the vehicle stopped not only had drugs and paraphernalia inside but had been reported stolen, a Carson City sheriff's deputy report said.
