Douglas deputies arrest trio near Power Dam, stolen vehicle recovered
UPDATE: The Douglas Sheriff’s Office received numerous calls stating the female in the booking photograph was actually Riki Eltingham. Eltingham had a felony warrant for her arrest out of Calaveras County. Eltingham is claiming she is now going by her maiden name Riki Scibella, a 41 year old resident of Calaveras County. Either name added a no bail felony hold for Scibelle-Eltingham in addition to the previous charges.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office arrested a California couple Sunday for alleged possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of stolen property, along with additional property and drug related crimes. A third person was also arrest for suspicion of drugs and paraphernalia.
Jeremy Stritenberger, 43, and Riki Eltingham, 41, were arrested after a stolen Toyota Tacoma was located at the Power Dam camping area of Washoe Road, said DSCO Sgt. Jeff Schemenauer.
The Toyota and a log splitter were originally reported stolen out of Yuba City, Calif. Also arrested was Alpine County resident John Clark, 54, for possession of drugs and paraphernalia.
Deputies located large amounts of property and personal affects inside the Toyota Tacoma believed to be stolen in separate crimes.
