A 42-year-old Carson City woman was arrested for felony suspicion of burglary by shoplifting, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said.

I went to a photo shoot yesterday and, when I arrived, my mood was rotten. I felt disconnected. I felt stiff. I started wondering what was up with all the other people around me. An 18-year-old Carson City man was arrested Thursday in the area of Mark and James streets for suspicion of felony drug possession with intent to sell marijuana and possession of more than one ounce of marijuana, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said.

A boys and girls pick-up soccer tourney will be held Saturday morning, with donations to going to the seven for the seven teens injured in Thursday's single vehicle rollover crash on Kings Canyon Road.
