A 45-year-old man was arrested Tuesday for multiple misdemeanor offenses including two counts battery, one count assault, among other alleged crimes, according to a Carson City Sheriff's Office booking report.
Deputies responded at 9:39 p.m. to a fast food restaurant on North Carson Street in reference to an intoxicated subject walking through the drive through. Dispatch advised the male subject was yelling at customers and head-butted someone.
A deputy arrived on scene and located the man who matched the description. The deputy then observed the suspect grab another man by the shirt, punching him in the face. The victim pushed the suspect to the ground.

The suspect lunged at a sergeant as they attempted to put him in back of a patrol vehicle.
A deputy asked the suspect if he needed medical attention. The man replied, "your mom does. How is she?" according to the arrest report.
Deputies began to investigate and learned the suspect had head butted another male in the face. The victim stated he wanted to press charges on the suspect, who was highly intoxicated. The suspect was taken to jail. He faces the following misdemeanor charges: two counts battery, 1 count assault, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, provoking assault with intimidation, and resisting arrest.
