November gaming revenue at Carson City area casinos climbs nearly 11 percent
Gaming generated revenue in Carson City, Minden, Gardnerville and all other areas of Douglas County except for Stateline was $8,670,998 in November compared to $7,823,822 in November 2016. That amounts to an increase of 10.83 percent.
Statewide, Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of $909,007,025 for the month, 2.30 percent decrease compared to November 2016, For the fiscal year (July 1, 2017 through November 30, 2017), gaming win has increased 2.58 percent.
Elsewhere within the region, gaming revenue at North Shore Lake Tahoe casinos saw a “win” increase of 18.90 percent, while South Shore Lake Tahoe saw a decrease of 2.92 percent. Reno and Sparks casinos held steady for the month.
