CARSON CITY — Xquisite, a nonprofit organization committed to raising awareness and providing support to combat human trafficking, sexual assault, and domestic abuse, recently hosted its third annual Golf Tournament. A recently escaped inmate and fugitive were arrested Wednesday in a Fernley apartment complex, according to the Lyon County Sheriff's Office. Two nearby schools were placed in a brief lockdown during the incident.
