Carson City Sheriff: Stabbing victim seriously injured, drove himself to emergency room

Carson City Sheriff’s Office detectives are investigating the circumstances of a stabbing that happened late Thursday night in which the victim drove himself to the hospital emergency room, Sheriff Ken Furlong said.

A man who led Nevada Highway Patrol on a chase that began on U.S. 50 on Spooner Summit ended just before 7:30 a.m. Wednesday in a crash in downtown Carson City.
