Rockabilly Riot concludes in Carson City
With a thunderous roar Saturday night at Marv Teixeira Pavilion next to Mills Park, hot rods revved their engines in unison for Cacklefest, a tribute to members of the Rockabilly Riot that have passed away over the last decade.
A cruise through downtown Carson City Saturday evening was scheduled to conclude the eighth annual Rockabilly Riot car show, which has been held in the Nevada state capital each of the last three years.
The three-day event, drawing a crowd of car entries aged 1976 and older, began Thursday at Mills Park and wrapped up Saturday.
