According to the arrest report, officers were dispatched to Michael Hohl Subaru on South Carson Street in reference to a stolen vehicle report. The reporting witness told dispatch the suspect was still on scene with the stolen vehicle.

A computer check showed a white 2015 Subaru was reported stolen through the Reno Police Department. The auto manager advised that Kimball was attempting to sell the Subaru to the dealership.
