Pink Floyd tribute band 'The Floyd' goes full throttle at Brewery Arts Center
If you're a fan of Pink Floyd, the Brewery Arts Center in Carson City sends a "hey you" shout out from above and beyond. The Reno-based tribute band known as "The Floyd" will launch a full array of stunning sight and sound glory in the capital city June 13-14.
The Floyd is well known throughout Northern Nevada for its uncanny musical stylings, spectacular laser light show and iconic Pink Floyd eye-popping videos.
The Floyd will play a different set each night, including one set of songs from its soundscape classic "Animals" on Friday and a set from its legendary "Dark Side of the Moon" on Saturday. Both shows begin at 8 p.m. at the Brewery Arts Center Performance Hall, 511 W King Street.
Buy a one-night ticket or enjoy a two-night discounted ticket special. But get them fast as both shows are expected to sell out. General Admission, $25; students, seniors and BAC Members, $20.
Those who buy VIP tickets will enjoy early entrance to choose seating a half-hour before general public seating, which begins at 7 p.m. and an after-concert meet and greet with the band in the BAC grand ballroom. No host bar on site. VIP tickets are $30.
