Longtime Carson City restaurant National's Cafe Sushi Bar opens today at new location
With the final touches in place a week ahead of schedule, the owners of National’s Cafe Sushi Bar, which closed its previous location of 15 years on North Carson Street, reopens today, Monday, at its new William Street location in Carson City.
The popular locals sushi restaurant will open at 11 a.m. in time for lunch hour. The menu remains much the same. The hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Scroll and click to the menu. You can follow them on Facebook here.
"We would like to welcome everyone to National’s grand re-opening this Monday. We're very excited to be back in business and serving all our awesome customers. We missed everyone," said the father and son chef team of Juan and Antonio Rea.
The new location is 444 E. William Street Suite 6 in between Cowboy Liquor and Lucky Strike casino across from the Cracker Box Diner.
Parking is available on all sides of the complex, including the backside of the restaurant along John Street. The restaurant closes briefly from 3 to 4:30 p.m. daily in between lunch and dinner.
