Things to do on Tuesday: Jazz, a blood drive, and a battle of wits
I hope you got your fill of sunshine yesterday because we have got some cloudy days on the horizon. Luckily, there are enough things going on to keep you distracted, and inside away from the rain. Jazz and Poetry, courtesy of the Mile High Jazz Band, takes place tonight at Comma Coffee, with the lovely June Joplin on vocals. Trade a pint for a pint. Today’s blood drive at the Carson Aquatic Center will earn you a libation at the Union Brewery in downtown Carson City. Join in the all-ages trivia battles at either Sassafras Eclectic Food Joint or the Fox Brewpub; just bring your thinking cap.
