School District: Seeliger Elementary closed Tuesday due to electrical issues
UPDATE 4:26PM: The Boys and Girls Clubs of Western Nevada at 1870 Russell Way in Carson City and the Carson Kids Club at the Community Center, 851 East William Street, will open their doors Tuesday to children who are members and non-members.
For the Boys and Girls Club: Children who are non-members can also attend with registration and a fee, according to the school district. For the Kids Club at the community center, children who are non-members can also attend and will be asked to register.
Both the Kids Club and the Boys and Girls Clubs require students to bring a lunch.
The Carson City School District has reached out to both the Kids Club and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Western Nevada.
For families who have children who are members of the Boys and Girls Club, they can bring their children to the club for supervision from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Boys and Girls Club has also offered to support other families whose children are not members. For the Boys and Girls Clubs there will be registration required and a $30 fee.

Seeliger Elementary School in Carson City will be closed Tuesday, Feb. 7 due to electrical issues, according to the Carson City School District.
Monday was a Professional Development Day. There wasn't school for teachers and students. At this point all we know is school will be closed due to electrical issue/malfunction.
