Americans Declaration of Medical Freedoms
We The enslaved People of America, in order to restore our economic liberty and choice in a free market based Health Care Industry, do hereby repeal the socialist created Obamacare and establish this individual declaration of Independence from government dictated socialist medical tyranny. We do hereby reject national socialist Obamacare that would eventually kill more people than the sixty million infants already slaughtered upon their socialist alters created by our Supreme Court. Our Supreme Court, whose decisions on life are repugnant to the Constitution, would deny the blessings of life and liberty for both infants and the elderly through bureaucratic socialist tyrannies reminiscent of German National Socialism. Our high courts decisions are rebuked by the Constitutional fact that national health care is not an enumerated power of our federal government and is, therefore, a power solely reserved to the States. We know from history that only slaves can be denied economic choices affecting their lives. We the People reject slavery and government monopoly of medicine. We hereby reaffirm that Government shall not deprive anyone of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness by banning the freedom within economic archipelagos of tyrannical socialist slavery. We The People do hereby declare and establish our independence and the restoration of our medical care rights and freedoms by terminating all health care powers and authority of the federal government along with a complete repeal of Obamacare. We the People demand our individual health care choices within a, free enterprise based, health care marketplace. Each individual reserves their endowed sovereign rights over individual medical, life and death, decisions as a freedom to choose which shall never be infringed, neither by government nor by our courts, unless The People amend a new Constitutional enumerated power that has been ratified by these United States of America.
So declared and established by The Freed Peoples of America on this day, July 4, 2017.
Four Economic Lessons of History:
1. If you want less of anything all you have to do is regulate it and tax it more.
2. If you want more of anything, then you must tax it less and regulate it less.
3. Socialists create artificial shortages and monopoly to enslave individuals.
4. To eliminate socialist created shortages, end government control of markets.
Note: The word NAZI is the German contraction for national socialism which is a warning to any student of history. As national socialists like Feinstein, Pelosi, Reid, Hillary, Bernie and Obama silently sanction NAZI tactics of promoting violence against political opposition, the dangers of collectivist tyranny here in America becomes figuratively and literally grave through Obamacare.
