Carson City investigators ask for public's help finding missing and endangered veteran
The Carson City Sheriff’s Office Investigations Division is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing and endangered veteran. The missing person is identified as Robert Hester, 61, and was last seen near his Carson City residence on or about October 1, 2020.
Mr. Hester reported to an acquaintance that he was going to Reno, Nevada to address an outstanding legal issue. Mr. Hester did not arrive. Mr. Hester does not have a vehicle and his means of travel is unknown.
Mr. Hester suffers from a traumatic brain injury and has mental health issues. The following is his photograph and physical description:
Robert Hester, has brown hair and blue eyes, is 5 feet four inches, weighing 130 pounds.
