Carson City Fire Department called to Condor Circle structure fire
UPDATE 12:55PM: Two adults and three children from one apartment and one adult from a second apartment at Condor Circle have been displaced due to the fire, according to Fire Chief Bob Schreihans. Red Cross has been called to the scene.

UPDATE 12:08PM: Carson City Fire Chief Bob Schreihans reports the bulk of the fire at 7 Condor Circle has been effectively knocked down. No injuries were reported.
At least two apartments within the single structure have significant damage, mainly to the attic and roof, Schreihans said. Firefighters are dousing remaining hot spots and will remain on scene for the next few hours. No injuries are reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

UPDATE 11:57AM: The Fire at 7 Condor Circle is a working structure fire in which all Carson City firefighting resources are being put on it. Fire agencies from Washoe and Douglas counties have been called in to cover CCFD and assist where necessary.

Carson City Fire Department responded Friday morning to a working structure fire at 7 Condor Circle, off of Pheasant Drive. Arriving firefighters report smoke coming from the residential structure. It was called into 911 dispatch at around 11:20 a.m. as a ceiling fan fire.
Multiple units have responded to the area between Mockingbird and Pheasant and are hooking up fire hoses at the scene. The person who called 911 had said prior to arrival that flames were inside the condominium.
Evacuations were underway at the condo and nearby apartments were being notified of possible evacuations.
Motorists are advised to stay out of the area. We will provide updates as they become available.
