Eric Masters named head soccer coach
Eric Masters had a chance to become the Carson High boys soccer coach in the spring of 2008. But since he was in New York at the time, it would have been obviously difficult logistically.
But now Masters is in Carson City and since the job came open, Masters jumped at the opportunity to become the CHS boys soccer coach and he was recently named head coach of the program.
Masters replaces Nate Brigham, who ended up taking the job in the spring of 2008. Brigham stepped down in November after serving as the program's coach for two years.
"I was interested again obviously," Masters said. "I'm really excited for the opportunity to get started here. I'm looking forward to it."
