Justice Gibbons was first elected to the Nevada Supreme Court in 2002, making him the longest serving of the high court’s current seven members.

Stimulus Program Information
The coronavirus relief bill passed March 27 by Congress provides payments to individuals who make less than $100,000 a year. The payment total $1,200 for each adult who makes $75,000 or less, plus $500 per child. The payment amounts decrease if you make between $75,000 and $99,000. The income is determined by your latest tax return filed with the IRS. It will use your 2019 taxes if you have filed them already, or your 2018 taxes if you haven't. "Carson City has been at the forefront in developing innovative programs focused on diverting individuals with mental illness and substance use problems from the criminal justice system," said a Forums spokesperson.
