A 55-year-old Dayton man and a Dayton woman were arrested early Wednesday morning in the 7200 block of Highway 50 East for felony possession of a stolen vehicle, a sheriff's deputy said.

UPDATE 4:50PM: Jim Phalan, owner of The Fox Brewpub, said they are now back open for business. He said the sprinklers from the second story flooded the brewery and parts of the walk-in refrigeration, and they had to throw away a lot of food. They also lost most of their lunch business for the day.

"I am sure there is ceiling damages, I just do not know how much at this point," Phalan said. "But we didn't lose any beer."

He also thanked the first responders for saving the dog and the hotel. "Who knows how much worse it could have been," he said.
