According to the arrest report, a deputy was called to a residence for a domestic dispute. The officer spoke with a man who explained his girlfriend came to his apartment early and had been drinking. She began to yell at him and break things in the home. The man told the officer that he asked the woman, several times, to leave. She wouldn’t so he called the sheriff’s office and asked that the woman be trespassed.

The deputy spoke with the woman and tried to convince her to leave and to take a cab to a motel. The woman refused after several attempts. The woman was arrested for trespassing because she was too intoxicated to understand and sign a citation and was uncooperative and would not leave, the arrest report states.

As the woman was being escorted to a patrol car she threw herself to the ground and began screaming, demanding that the officer call the paramedics and that she was going to sue the state of Nevada, the arrest report states. The woman told the officer that her left knee was shattered from the fall. Paramedics arrived on scene. She attempted to kick the deputy and the paramedics on scene. The man refused all orders to get down on the ground and he was subsequently taken to the ground and handcuffed. The officer could smell a strong odor of alcohol on the man’s breath. The officer asked the man how much he had to drink. The man stated “too much” the arrest report states.
