Carson City, Quad-County announces rescheduled COVID-19 vaccination events this week

A message that circulated Tuesday night on Snapchat, Facebook and social media about an alleged threat to a school has been determined to be a hoax with its origins out of Pennsylvania, Carson City Sheriff Ken Furlong confirmed.

The Sierra Lutheran Cross Country Team traveled to Folsom, California for the Bella Vista Bronco Invitational on Saturday, Oc. 14. The weather was clear and cool with a touch of humidity. The course of 3.1 miles winds across a grass field, semi-hard packed dirt trails and gravel roads through Willow Hills Cross Country Course at the Willow Hills Reservoir.
