October Luxury Home Tour Receives Big Turnout and High Praise

Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate in conjunction with Stanford Mortgage and First American Title Company had a tremendous turnout for their recent Luxury Home Tour event in the Reno area.

REALTORS® and other Real Estate Professionals were invited to go on a tour of four luxury Coldwell Banker listings and to gain insight into the world of luxury home sales.

The tour was organized by Melanie Stewart, Director of Luxury Marketing and spearheaded by Dena Hospodka, Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Select. All four properties were listed above the half-million dollar mark, with a beautiful home on Sunset Ridge setting the high mark of $1,649,000.

Tim Flynn, Terri Cole and Toni Taylor of Coldwell Banker Select were the listing agents of these properties were over 50 attendees from Coldwell Banker Select and other real estate companies previewed the homes on tour. A beautiful catered lunch was offered at the last house along with a raffle. “We are excited to have another successful Luxury Home Tour in the books.

At Coldwell Banker we love to showcase our wonderful listings and we enjoy hosting agents from all companies. Tours are once a month and are a great avenue to expose our fantastic properties to the public and real estate community as a whole” Melanie Stewart said.

Dena Hospodka also added, “Over the past year we think we have brought a great value to the real estate community and homeowners by getting agents actively learning and knowing their inventory. We have agents go into some of these homes and say ‘I haven’t seen this, I want to set an appointment for my buyers to come and view this property’. That’s exciting and exactly what we are getting accomplished. Getting agents out previewing so they know their inventory to move these special properties and get them sold!”

The next Luxury Home Tour is scheduled for Thursday, November 7th. For more information and a list of properties for the next tour, contact Melanie Stewart or Dena Hospodka.
