R.I.P.P.E.D.
R.I.P.P.E.D. is designed to help everybody meet their ultimate fitness goals in a super fun group exercise environment. This 1 hour class combines Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, core and offers a very important Diet program on the Rippedplanet website. R.I.P.P.E.D is for every-body & every fitness level.
Cardio, Weights Fun & Done! Students should plan to eat a snack or small meal about 45 minutes before class, bring a water bottle, towel, and wear exercise clothes and shoes. This is an adult class, great for both men and women, and students aged 14 and up. WNC employees receive a 15% discount!
