Event Date:
July 6, 2019 (All day)

The owner of 6Weekworkout studio, Colleen Bannister, believes taking an inside out approach in which the focus is behavioral changes and paradigm shifts rather then just jumping into a workout and diet plan is the answer for those struggling with obesity.

Bannister says many who have drastic surgeries or who have focused only on diet and exercise lose a significant amount of weight only to regain it later and sometimes put on additional weight.
