Six Nevada Republicans, including state party Chair Michael McDonald, pleaded not guilty in a Clark County court on Monday to felony charges brought after their attempt to pledge the state’s electoral votes to Donald Trump following the 2020 election, despite President Joe Biden’s victory in the state.

Two were arrested Thursday for suspicion of felony drug offenses with one suspected of selling methamphetamine, according to a Carson City Sheriff's Office booking report.

UPDATE 11:26AM: Carson City Fire Department reports a quick fire attack prevented the garage fire from extending into the main house. Carson City firefighters were assisted by East Fork and Truckee Meadows Fire Departments. No injuries were reported. Crews will remain on scene until the fire investigation is complete.
