DeBug Computer announced its one-year anniversary as a donation site for Feeding Pets of the Homeless in February, 2021.

Last year, DeBug Computer joined a donation site community for pet food and supplies that is delivered to local food banks, homeless shelters or homeless encampments.

UPDATE 6:50 p.m.: First responders on scene stated that there is no flame or smoke, but there is "a lot of heat" coming from the ice cream freezer's electrical panel.

Work had been done recently to the electrical panel.

Other responders were released from the scene and there does not appear to by any immediate danger.

Motorists around the area of College Parkway and Airport Road are being re-directed Wednesday afternoon following a safety check of an abandoned box located in the area. According to Carson City Sheriff Ken Furlong, it is a safety check and there is not a public threat. The Douglas County Bomb Squad has responded to facilitate the check.
