RSVP offers Farmers Market Coupons for Carson City Seniors on Monday, July 18

“RSVP has only 350 booklets to distribute in Carson City and we want to make sure that all seniors who qualify will be able to enjoy the abundance of fresh produce while supporting our local famers,” said Molly Walt, C.E.O.

While Elise Milner may have built her theater career in New York, her roots grew much closer to home.

11 future electrical contractors all passed the year one test (in only 6 months) and looking forward to the next step of this 4-year training program.

They collaborated, used mathematics skills to measure ingredients to make the clay and ice cream, they problem solved and they all celebrated the outcomes of their efforts.

Carson City Mayor selects pet finalists for new Animal Control Vehicle wrap
Submitted by Kelsey Penrose on Fri, 07/08/2022 - 8:45amOn Thursday, Carson City Mayor Lori Bagwell chose the two final winners of the Best of Carson City Pets Contest hosted by the Nevada Humane Society.
Over 150 pets were submitted by Carson City residents, from dogs to cats, rabbits to turtles, and everything in between!
Humane Society staff pared down the entries to about 25, from which Mayor Bagwell made the final selections.
The two finalists, who will be treated to a professional photo shoot, are Wilhelmina (aka Mimi) the dog, and Sammy the cat.
