Qiensave brings high energy Cumbia to outdoor concert Saturday at BAC in Carson City

Qiensave is a Cumbia Urbana group from Salinas California with roots stretching back to Michoacán, Mexico. They create high energy dance music that has fortunately blessed them with the opportunity to travel throughout California, Arizona, Mexico, and Colombia.
Qiensave recently released their sophomore album “Mujer” via ONErpm Music, which includes singles produced by world-renowned and Latin Grammy-nominated musician Eric Canales and Platinum Producer Sam Pura. Touring has given Qiensave the opportunity to share the stage with acts like Celso Piña, Grupo Kual, La Santa Cecilia, Fuerza de Tijuana, and La Septima Banda among others.

Opening the show at 7pm will be dance performances from Ballet Folklorico and Danza Azteca Aztlan with Qiensave taking the stage at 8pm. For additional fun the BAC campus will have a kids area, 4 food trucks, and 2 bars. Lawn chairs are welcome but folding chairs will be available for those that prefer to travel light. Well behaved pets on leashes are welcome too! This week's artist sponsor is El Charro Aviatia.
