Sierra Lutheran High School to host Nov. 7 Christmas craft fair, vendors can sign up now
Sierra Lutheran High School will host the 3rd Annual Christ is Christmas Craft Fair Saturday, Nov. 7, on the SLHS campus from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The school will be strategically using outdoor and indoor space on its 34-acre campus to promote the kickoff to the Christmas shopping season within social distancing guidelines.
"Sierra Lutheran is eager to be one of a scare few Christmas craft fairs taking place this year," Executive Director Brian Underwood said. "We are excited to carefully and safely use our campus to welcome the Christmas season in a judicious manner."
A wide variety of offerings from dozens of vendors offering everything from handmade Christmas decorations and gifts, to art and jewelry booths and much more will be on display.
The fair will also offer a number of free family friendly activities. Santa Claus will make an early visit to the area and will be available for pictures from from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Also available to children will be hot chocolate and story time with Storyteller Bev from 9:00 to noon.
The Bus Boy, one of northern Nevada’s most popular food trucks will be on hand from 11:00 to 2:00 p.m.
Attendance is free to the community. Vendors interested in registering for a booth may do so by calling (775) 267-1921. The cost for a 10 x 10 booth is $25.00. Sierra Lutheran High School is located at 3601 Romans Rd. in Carson City.
