IRS Revenue Procedure 2016-47 gives information and guidance about waivers of the 60 day rollover requirement of IRA distributions. You can print it out and use the model letter IRS provided. If you take a distribution from your IRA, 403(b), 457(b) or a qualified retirement plan, you can “pay it back” within 60 days and there is no tax on the distribution. And, the 10% early withdrawal penalty for folks under age 59 ½ does not apply.

A six-foot pet albino python snake was found Monday night by a Carson City Sheriff’s Office deputy in the area of Furgerson Ranch Road after it was seen slithering on a street and climbing up a tree.
