Blood inventory low going into Memorial weekend; Carson City drives Tuesday and Saturday

All blood types are needed, but local inventory for Blood Type O negative has been hovering at or below a one-day supply, while Vitalant strives to keep a four-day supply of all blood types ready.
Carson City Triad presents workshop: Legal Documents Every Senior Should Have

The event is free and open to the public.
Participants who attend will learn about intestate succession, small estates, will basics, avoiding probate and will be provided with information about powers of attorney.

This event is Northern Nevada’s largest health and information fair in honor of Older American month. Senior Celebration is a free event with over 70 senior living experts who will be gathering to share information about their products and services.

The family owned and operated independent Dahl's Pharmacy closed its location on North Carson Street and will reopen this Monday, May 13, at 1007 North Curry Street.
