Decker’s double not enough for Aces on Memorial Day

The Las Vegas Aviators made a memorable comeback on Memorial Day at Greater Nevada Field.

RBIs from Cody Decker and Juniel Querecuto put the Aces up 7-5 in the bottom of the eighth, but Las Vegas rallied with a four-run ninth to steal the victory on Monday in Reno.

At the end of the week before Spring Break, at 8:30 p.m., the final pages were submitted, and the book was officially finished. After months of interviewing, photographing, and editing, the book is currently being printed by Walsworth Publishing Co., in Marceline, Kansas.

The grant money provides out-of-school-time supports for at-risk students. At risk, a broad term in this grant, includes students who are at risk of not passing a class, at risk of becoming truant, or just in need of a safe-place after school.
