Take in a play at the Brewery Arts Center or play BINGO at the Senior Center. The Santa Train, the Living Nativity at the Methodist Church, and a remembrance ceremony at Walton’s Chapel are on the list, too. Sunday’s aren’t sleepy this time of year, so read on and take a look at your options.

Santa Claus is popping up all over, including at Benson Feed for the annual CASI Pet Photos with St. Nick and aboard the train at our Railroad Museum’s Santa Train. The musical ‘Honk, Jr’ for the young ones and Love/Sick for the older crowd are on the stage at the Brewery Arts Center. Spend the day at the Silver Saddle Ranch: their annual Holiday Open House is the perfect time to explore their trails and learn more about the working ranch’s preservation.

Executive Director Lisa Lee pushed the doors open at 9 a.m. to greet an eager crowd of dozens who gathered to get their first look and bargains at the thrift store's new home.

This year the celebration starts with a party on Friday, Oct. 27 with FREE live entertainment in downtown Carson City across from the Carson Nugget. Hours for the event are from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and will support local charities like Advocates to End Domestic Violence and F.I.S.H.
The Arlington Event Center across from the Carson Nugget will also host a Craft & Vendor Fair from Oct. 27 to Oct. 29. Join the party across from the Carson Nugget Casino in Carson City for an action-packed weekend.

This Sunday, Sept. 10th, the Raiders take on the Tennessee Titans at 10 a.m.
Food and drink specials are available at local restaurants within the Carson Lanes Bowling Alley
The club is accepting new members at this time. Membership cost is $30 for single membership; $40 family or $50 family with two votes on club business.
