Nevada Guard Retiree Recognition Day set for Sept. 26
CARSON CITY - A ceremony recognizing the military service and dedication of recently-retired Nevada Army Guard Soldiers will highlight the Nevada National Guard's Retiree Recognition Day in Carson City on September 26.
The event runs from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. and will include a Fallon Commissary Case Lot Sale, informational booths hosted by Veterans' and retirees' organizations and an identification card station for defense enrollment eligibility updates. Military identification is required for commissary lot purchases. The Retiree Recognition Ceremony is set for 11 a.m.

WHO: 2014-15 Army Guard retirees will be recognized during a ceremony at 11 a.m. All retirees and those with military identification invited to participate in the case lot sale.
WHEN: Saturday, Sept. 26, activities begin at 8 a.m.
