Miller Counseling is partnering with Douglas Center for Hope and Healing to offer grief support groups to Carson City and the surrounding rural communities Wednesdays from 7 to 8 p.m.

The Miller Counseling and Wellness Center is located at 104 W. Telegraph St. in Carson City.

The Center for Hope and Healing has been providing grief support to Douglas County for the last 10 years. The goal of building this partnership is to make the free support groups available and easier to access to more members of the Northern Nevada community.

The 2024 Miss Nevada Scholarship Organization is holding its 75th anniversary competition this upcoming June. Registration is now open for women ages 13-28. There are two age divisions: Teen (13-18) and Miss (19-28).

The highly anticipated 2024 Carson-Tahoe Home Show is set to take place on Saturday, June 22, 2024, through Sunday, June 23, 2024, at the Carson Mall Shopping Center located on South Carson Street in Carson City.
