Miller Counseling is partnering with Douglas Center for Hope and Healing to offer grief support groups to Carson City and the surrounding rural communities Wednesdays from 7 to 8 p.m.

The Miller Counseling and Wellness Center is located at 104 W. Telegraph St. in Carson City.

The Center for Hope and Healing has been providing grief support to Douglas County for the last 10 years. The goal of building this partnership is to make the free support groups available and easier to access to more members of the Northern Nevada community.

The Rising Suns is a Carson City area men’s circle. We gather weekly to share our life stories, challenges, dramas, and traumas in a supportive and judgment-free space. This is authentic men’s work in which we learn to accept ourselves fully.

Revisit the cinematic classic, Beetlejuice, Friday, June 14 in Carson City at the Brewery Arts Center prior to the release of the new Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice movie coming out in September. Enjoy complimentary themed cocktails and snacks while dressed in your finest movie attire! The party begins at 7 pm with the doors opening for the movie at 8 pm!
