Mike Epps is the owner of A to Zen in Carson City and also a key member of the BAC Crew. After complications from an initial surgery to remove stage 3 esophageal cancer, Mike had to be rushed to an emergency surgery February 2, 2024 and has been in the Intensive Care Unit on a ventilator since. All skill levels are welcome. Every class is different and designed to strive for accessibility. Miller Counseling is partnering with Douglas Center for Hope and Healing to offer grief support groups to Carson City and the surrounding rural communities Wednesdays from 7 to 8 p.m.
The Miller Counseling and Wellness Center is located at 104 W. Telegraph St. in Carson City.
The Center for Hope and Healing has been providing grief support to Douglas County for the last 10 years. The goal of building this partnership is to make the free support groups available and easier to access to more members of the Northern Nevada community.
