Carson City Sheriff's Office receives grant funds to participate in Joining Forces Program

NHP Joins Forces to Stop Pedestrian Deaths: Pedestrian Safety is a Two-Way Street

NHP: Northern Nevada DUI strike team nets 24 arrests

Over the course of two days, the multi-agency Northern Nevada DUI Strike Team patrolled in discreetly-marked ‘ghost’ vehicles during the hours of increased impaired driving rates in an effort to detect and apprehend impaired drivers.
NDOT to enhance no parking on U.S. 50 near Cave Rock at Tahoe

Beginning Wednesday through July 29, NDOT will install nearly 10 new “no parking” signs making un-permitted parking illegal on U.S. 50 roadside shoulders and median between Cave Rock and just south of Cave Rock State Park.
