The Nevada Artists Association is excited to present the 2020 “Spirit of America” Show. This judged show represents a collection of 91 plus photographs, paintings, drawings, mixed media and 3D pieces by Nevada Artist Association Members and Non-Members from Northern Nevada.

The Nevada Artists Association is excited to reopen Tuesday, May 19 with the Landscape Show. This show presents a collection of 88 photographs, paintings and drawings by Nevada Artist Association members.

A virtual studio event, #QuarantineArt, is set to premiere Sunday at noon. Tune in to watch and get a peek into the life and artwork that has been created over the past week alone in Northern Nevada.

The Nevada Artists Association Gallery will be closed during the COVID-19 outbreak. Unfortunately, the outbreak occurred during our winter show and artists who would normally have had visitors coming into the gallery to look at their work was a concern of the NAA Board.

There's a meeting of the Carson Fly Fishing Club at the sheriff's office, a paint and sip night at Living the Good Life and you can join Mile High Jazz Band at Comma Coffee for a 'Fate & Fortune' evening of music and poetry. Oil painting with a palette knife? No brushes? Although this may sound odd, Monika Johnson will be giving a demonstration on how this technique is done and the beautiful results with the use of bold color and lots of paint to create thick texture. You won't want to miss this demonstration.
