However, Carson City’s own Pioneer High School’s JAG instructor, Chyanne Corley, has taken that idea farther. This is why Carson City Sheriff’s Office Chaplain Craig LaGier, who is also a deacon for St. Teresa of Avila’s Catholic Church, as well as the St. Vincent Advisor and Homeless Ministry, said sleeping bags and Y Athletic socks are the most important item he gives to the homeless.
