Carson City arrests: Man jailed for allegedly exposing himself to urinate at daycare center
A 57-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday in the 100 block of East Park Street for felony suspicion of indecent and obscene exposure and resisting an officer with violence, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said.
Claude Randal Withrow was taken into custody at 2:56 p.m. According to the arrest report, deputies were dispatched to a child care center on Park Street for a report of indecent exposure. The man allegedly removed his penis from his pants and urinated at the day care center, the arrest report states.
Deputies found the man behind a fence across the street from the center. An officer ordered the man to stand up and advised he was under arrest. The man refused to stand up. A deputy approached the man, who resisted attempts to have handcuffs placed on him. He was placed in cuffs and dragged to the patrol unit because he refused to walk, the arrest report states.
At jail he was booked on indecent exposure and misdemeanor resisting arrest charges. He was released to jail deputies where he continued to be uncooperative, the arrest report states. Bail: $5,352.
In other arrests:
— A 52-year-old Carson City man, Mark Adam Billman, was arrested Monday, 9:06 a.m. in the 4700 block of South Carson Street for a felony warrant alleging trafficking schedule 1 drugs. The warrant was issued Nov. 4 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $20,000.
— A 21-year-old Dayton man, Tanner Ogden-Sanders, was arrested Monday, 11:26 p.m. in the 2000 block of North Carson Street for felony suspicion of parole and probation violation. According to the arrest report an officer made contact with the man at a fast food restaurant. The man’s behavior was consistent with someone being under the influence of methamphetamine, the arrest report states.
The man told the officer that he may have warrants and that he last used methamphetamine two days prior. An officer performed a wants and warrants check on the man. Dispatch advised he is under supervision with the Department of Parole and Probation with conditions not to use or be under the influence of controlled substances.
He was arrested after admitting he used methamphetamine two days prior, the arrest report states. He was being held without bail in lieu of a hearing.
