According to the arrest report, deputies were dispatched to a casino in the 3800 block of Highway 50 East for a report of an intoxicated woman.

The woman stated she had consumed one beer prior to leaving her home in Dayton. She stated she then drove to a convenience store and purchased the alcoholic beverage that was in the cup holder. She stated she then drove to the casino and parked the vehicle and went inside to gamble.
