Carson City Chamber of Commerce Leadership Graduates unveil 2020 Project with ribbon cutting, graduation
The Chamber's Leadership class graduated yesterday afternoon. It's been quite the year for this Class of 2020, but they were able to complete two projects in the midst of all this uncertainty.
Yesterday's graduation was held at the trailhead of the Foothill Trail.
This class and the Class of 2019 took it upon themselves to not only create a welcome bee habitat (Class of 2019), but to further enhance this trail by marrying art and nature by planting 25 bee friendly trees.
Also completed was the CTH Serenity Trail - go to the end of this short trail and be inspired by the unique artwork.
Twenty graduates were presented their certificate of completion by Mayor Robert Crowell and past Chamber Chair Chair Lisa Lee.
