Carson City emergency crews respond to structure fire on Sandy Circle
UPDATE: 1:30PM: Flames have been knocked down at the residence on Sandy Circle, firefighters on scene report. However, the fire was in three separate areas of the structure and crews continue working to ensure the fire is extinguished.

Carson City Firefighters and Sheriff's deputies are on scene of a structure fire in the 4100 block of Sandy Circle in Northwest Carson City.
Three engines were dispatched to the fire along with paramedics and law enforcement. Additional resources from East Fork Fire District and the Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District have been called in to assist.
According to first responders at the scene, the garage of the residence is fully engulfed and rescue crews were working to evacuate people the structure. No word of any injuries.
First responders are also reporting that ammunition appears to be going off inside the garage.
